Welcome to my blog and the reference point in my fight against an archaic, unjust family court system in Marshall County, Alabama. I plan on posting my thoughts, items of interest, and resources I find helpful in hopes that it can be helpful to someone else. Now take a deep breath. Here I go...

the lawsuit draft...

Now it is time to take it to a couple of attorneys who I respect...what do you think?

Patterson v. Alabama et al.
(currently under review/unavailable)

I pray to the Good Lord that I win.

  1. WOW! Just wow! Very well writen, very in depth. GOOD LUCK!!! and most deff obtain a lawyer!!!

Serious question, HOW in the hell did ex#2 get $500 for ONE child? it took hell and high water to get $450 for TWO, and ex makes $22/ hour and avgs 55 hours per week. he doesn't carry ins on them either... (i'm not bitchin too bad, he's leavin me alone now...)

  2. That will probably be the focus of my next lawsuit. Ask Judge Howard Hawk, he granted it...

  3. I do not intend to imply that my 2nd ex did anything wrong like my 1st ex has. I take issue with some of the Judge's decisions and procedures in the matter which is what I will (eventually) seek to rectify.

My 2nd ex and I have a civil relationship which is conducive to the happiness and well-being of our daughter, which I am very grateful for. My 2nd ex has made the noble decision of putting her daughter's interests first along with myself. Unfortunately, that is not the case the first time around.
